• You are available for 5 days;

As an orderpicker, you'll see it all. You know exactly what happens to a package before it reaches the customer. From picking to sorting: you've got it covered! There's also a packing department. You work in 3 shifts here. There's a day shift from 06:00h-14:30h, afternoon shift from 14:30h-23:30h and a night shift from 22:00h-06:00h. The exact times may vary per department 🕒

• Regel- en veiligheidsbewust: Je neemt procedures serieus, wat essentieel is in een high-tech warehouse met cameratoezicht.
• Communicatief vaardig: Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands of Engels, zodat je soepel kunt schakelen met je team.

Je scant, sorteert en verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande goederen (waaronder witgoed, TV’s, home & living, fietsen en alcoholhoudende dranken).

• Je manoeuvreert zelfverzekerd door het warehouse met een elektrische palletwagen.
• Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar overal cameratoezicht is voor een veilige werkomgeving.
• Je werkt in een hecht team van 25 gedreven collega’s onder begeleiding van ervaren coördinatoren die jou vanaf nacht één goed opvangen.

waar ga je werken
Bij Dynalogic! Zij zijn géén standaard bezorgdienst. Als full-service bezorgspecialist gaan zij een flinke stap verder, hun motto is: more than delivery. Zij bezorgen niet alleen kostbare en kwetsbare producten op het juiste moment, maar installeren en monteren ze ook direct vakkundig bij de klant thuis.
Jouw vitaliteit staat bij ons voorop. Daarom plannen we volgens de richtlijnen van de Arbeidstijdenwet, zodat je werk en privé perfect in balans kunt houden. Na een blok van maximaal 6 weken fulltime nachtdienst, moet je volgens de wet de rest van de 16 weken overdag of 's avonds werken om te compenseren. Na deze periode van nachtdiensten volgt er een ingebouwde rustperiode waarin je biologische klok weer kan herstellen.

• Een vaste nachttoeslag van 20% bovenop je loon, dit betekent een uurloon van € 17,99 bruto per uur!
• Werken in een splinternieuw distributiecentrum (26.000 m²) in Bleiswijk.
• Een strak en digitaal inwerkprogramma (Jump Start), zodat je precies weet wat je kunt verwachten.
• De werkschoenen en hesje worden door Randstad geregeld.
• Jouw reiskostenvergoeding is maximaal € 8,20 netto per dag, bij 21 tot 25 km woon-werk afstand.
