Laten we het nu over jou hebben! Jij bent een gemotiveerde en fysiek sterke aanpakker met een hart voor logistiek. Je ziet het als een uitdaging om grote en zware artikelen efficiënt in het magazijn te verwerken.

• Je bent beschikbaar van 14:30 tot 22:30
• Je vindt het niet erg om fysiek bezig te zijn
• Je hebt je eigen vervoer om naar de Technische Unie in Alphen aan den Rijn te komen
• Je hebt geen hoogtevrees!

Wat ga je doen
Als magazijnmedewerker op de afdeling Productie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt verwerken van onze goederen in Alphen aan den Rijn. Je richt je voornamelijk op de inkomende logistiek van de grote pallets met omvangrijke artikelen. Je ontvangt deze zendingen, controleert ze nauwkeurig, en zorgt ervoor dat ze correct en veilig worden opgeslagen in het magazijn. Zo garandeer je een kloppende voorraad en houd je de logistieke keten draaiende.

• Grote pallets met grote artikelen opslaan in het magazijn door gebruik te maken van een OPT en EPT (belangrijk om geen hoogtevrees te hebben)
• Producten zelf tillen en verplaatsen naar de juiste plek in het magazijn

Je gaat aan de slag in het moderne distributiecentrum van de Technische Unie in Alphen aan den Rijn.
Technische Unie is de grootste technische groothandel van Nederland en levert een enorm assortiment aan installateurs, bouwbedrijven en industrie. Jouw werkplek bevindt zich in het hart van de logistieke operatie, een omgeving waar efficiëntie en veiligheid centraal staan.

Je maakt deel uit van het vaste team van de afdeling Productie dat er dagelijks voor zorgt dat de inkomende goederenstroom vlekkeloos verloopt. Je komt terecht in een fysiek uitdagende, maar gezellige en professionele werkomgeving in Alphen aan den Rijn.

Op het Werkstation bedien je scanners en schermen. Je bent goed met cijfers en verwerkt deze in rapporten. Tegelijkertijd ben je op Het Perron de expert die chauffeurs ontvangt. Wat ga je doen
Als magazijnmedewerker op de afdeling Aankomst ben je de sleutel tot een vlekkeloze goederenstroom in ons Distributiecentrum. Jouw werkzaamheden vinden plaats op twee cruciale plekken:

• Je verwerkt inkomende goederen met beeldschermen en scanners op het Werkstation;
• Je gebruikt jouw affiniteit met cijfers om rapporten te lezen;
• Je past dingen aan wanneer het niet lukt deze te scannen;
• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt: je ontvangt de chauffeurs die spullen komen lossen;
• Je verwerkt de gecontroleerde goederen nauwkeurig in het systeem.

What will you do
Your shift starts at 7:45 a.m., but you arrive at the location just a little earlier. Time for a cup of coffee. It is checked if everyone is present, and then you get to work as a driver's assistant. Together with your colleagues, you climb onto the truck and ride along as a co-driver on the garbage truck. You ensure that the trash cans are emptied and put them back neatly. You don't do this alone! You work in small teams, which is nice and sociable! Almost break time, so off to the company.
During the break, you can grab a snack in the canteen and then work for a few more hours. You can then go home between 02:30 p.m. and 03:30p.m.! Wonderful, time to unwind from your day and enjoy the evening :)

Where will you work
As a driver's assistant, you will work in various towns in the area surrounding the Municipality of Alphen a/d Rijn. You can also work in other departments. Do you have a driver's license, for example? Then you can also go out independently, carry out odd jobs, or empty trash cans. Additionally, Alphen a/d Rijn has a collection point for bulky waste. The recycling center is also open on Saturdays. Do you want to work more? That is certainly possible! We also have work at the recycling center on weekdays, too! :)

• Hit the road: Drive a fixed route to about 5 or 6 supermarkets (like Jumbo).
• Deliver & handle admin: Unload neatly at the dock, check the delivery notes, take back empty returns, and fill in your trip reports.
• Done by 10:00 AM! Park the truck back at the bakery and enjoy having the rest of the day completely free! 🥖
