who are you
As a warehouse worker, you must meet the following requirements:

• you are at least 16 years old
• you are available this summer between weeks 28 and 35
• you are available for 24–40 hours per week on a two-shift schedule
• you are physically fit, lifting and stacking boxes is no problem for you
• you are available for at least 3 weeks between weeks 28 and 35

what will you do
As a warehouse associate at VanDijk, every day is different. You start your shift with your colleagues in the department where you’re scheduled to work that day. The team leader briefly updates you on the day’s goals. Then you get right to work.

One day you’ll work as an order picker, constantly on the move with your handheld scanner. The next day, you’ll be at the packing table doing the final check, scanning the packages and getting them ready for shipment.

At Van Dijk, we work in a two-shift system. That’s ideal, because it means you have time for other fun things besides work. One week you’ll work the morning shift from 7:00 AM to 2:45 PM. Leaving you the whole afternoon to yourself. The following week, you’ll work the afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 10:45 PM. That way, you can sleep in and ease into the day before hitting the ground running with your team.

where will you work
Work at VanDijk. Join one of the largest schoolbook suppliers in the Netherlands. All books for secondary schools ship from Kampen.

Relax on the large terrace during breaks. Enjoy the sun. Grab a tasty sandwich in the canteen.

Transportation is easy. Take the free bus to and from Kampen. Best of all? Meet lots of new people!
