Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Team Lead for a company in Arnhem.
In this role, you are responsible for managing and supporting a team of technicians while ensuring the performance of complex logistics systems.
Daily tasks :

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians

Ensure maximum uptime of automated logistics systems

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues quickly

Work with technologies such as electrical systems, mechanics, pneumatics, and sensors

Collaborate with internal teams such as IT support and operations

Maintain a safe working environment and follow all procedures

Report on performance, improvements, and maintenance planning

From a large fulfilment center in the Arnhem region, a highly advanced system processes tens of thousands of parcels per hour. You will be part of a team of around 50 professionals, including technicians, team leaders, and IT specialists, all working together to keep operations running at peak performance.
Working hours
- 5-shift schedule (2-2-1)
- Average of 34 working hours per week
- Regular weekends off
