For the HR department, we are looking for an enthusiastic assistant who ensures the administration of hired personnel runs flawlessly. You will join an international team with a great atmosphere where you will receive significant responsibility from day one. With a salary between €3,000 and €4,000 and a starting date before the 1st of April, this is the perfect chance for a flying start to your career!

• € 3000 - € 4000 depending on experience

You are a precise professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes. Because you will communicate frequently with the headquarters in China and international stakeholders, it is essential that you master both Mandarin and English. You think in solutions and enjoy mastering new systems quickly.

• you have a bachelor's degree and preferably 0 to 2 years of work experience working in HR
• you speak and write fluent Mandarin and English
• you are highly skilled with computer software such as Excel and PowerPoint
• you work accurately and have a strong sense of responsibility

In this role, you are the central point for the administration of our external staff across the Benelux and Ireland. You ensure that invoices are correct and that all processes regarding hiring run smoothly. You work closely with your colleagues to improve workflows and ensure the administration is always up to date.

• you verify monthly invoices and administration for approximately 120 external personnel
• you help develop and document practical work processes within the department
• you provide training and guidance to other departments on how to handle invoices correctly
• you support the team by processing general, non-sensitive HR data
