Eurail offers a flexible schedule between 16 and 40 hours. We use a hybrid work model, so you can work from home or at our modern office next to Utrecht station. Join us as a customer service agent and help our guests explore the best of Europe.
As a customer service agent at Eurail, you will consistently go the extra mile to support international travelers by combining genuine empathy with high professional precision. As a customer service agent at Eurail, you answer customer questions through email and live chat. You play a key part in making sure every traveler has a smooth and enjoyable trip.
It is important that you are a strong writer and can work with different chat apps and digital tools. Your fast and accurate typing skills help you answer questions quickly and efficiently.
To prepare you for the role, you will follow a 32-hour training program starting February 23rd. This training takes four weeks. You must be available during office hours to learn all about the systems and the world of European rail travel as a customer service agent.

You’ll join a diverse team of 50 international colleagues speaking 10+ languages. We offer a hybrid model: work from home half the time or at our modern Utrecht office. To support your work-life balance, schedules are set four weeks in advance. We are seeking a customer service agent comfortable with occasional weekend shifts to provide world-class, 24/7 support.
