what will you do
Working as a customer service agent at Eurail, you handle traveler inquiries via email and live chat. You are essential to ensuring that every passenger enjoys a seamless and pleasant trip.
Being a talented writer who is comfortable using various chat platforms and digital software is a must. Your ability to type quickly and accurately allows you to provide fast, effective support.
To get you ready for this position, you will join a 32-hour training course beginning February 23rd. This program lasts 2.5 weeks. You need to be available during day shifts to master our systems and discover everything about European train travel as a customer service agent.

You will work with a diverse group of 50 international teammates who speak more than 10 different languages. We follow a hybrid way of working: you can stay home half the time or work at our stylish office in Utrecht. To help you plan your life easily, you will receive your schedule four weeks ahead of time. We are looking for a customer service agent who is happy to work the occasional weekend to help us provide excellent, around-the-clock support.
