We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager with a knack for innovation and a drive to succeed. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and isn’t afraid to take initiative.

• You have 2-5 years of marketing or innovation experience, preferably in FMCG.
• You possess a strong innovation and portfolio mindset, with a passion for creating operator-centric solutions.
• You are highly analytical and can translate insights into actionable strategies.
• You excel at collaborating with diverse teams and influencing stakeholders.
• You have experience managing projects and budgets effectively.

As our Assistant Brand Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our Professional Dishwash category across Europe. Your typical day will involve diving deep into operator needs, driving product innovation, and ensuring our portfolio performance is top-notch.

• Develop deep operator understanding to translate insights into relevant cleaning solutions.
• Support the Professional Dishwash platform, delivering innovation and renovation projects on time.
• Co-create a robust, multi-year innovation funnel with cross-functional teams.
• Craft compelling narratives for trade and operators, supporting impactful sell-in and activation.
• Manage project budgets with precision and ensure financial discipline.
