Connecting your world Als Cost Advisor infra (GWW) geef je proactief kostenadvies over risico's en optimalisaties voor grote infrastructurele (GWW) projecten op de luchthaven.

Je kan hierbij denken aan projecten van 30 miljoen of hoger. Hoe jij dit precies realiseert? Dat is aan jou. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij de zaken op een positieve manier aanvliegt.

Jij zet jouw talenten in bij het: Opstellen van kostenramingen voor de investeringskosten van deze projecten en continu beoordelen of de investering de gewenste waarde oplevert; Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om te komen tot een gedragen en realistisch kostenadvies; Identificeren van kostenbesparingen en opstellen van budgetten voor zowel lopende als toekomstige projecten. Opstellen van budgetten voor aanvragen van maincontractors binnen Schiphol.

Je beoordeelt de aanvraag en offerte en bent verantwoordelijk voor kostenbeoordeling en -efficiëntie. Funcioneel aansturen van een of meerdere junior cost engineers binnen het project Het werkgebied van de Cost Advisor Infra betreft de projecten die te maken hebben met de gehele landzijdig wegenstructuur, de rijbanen, de start- en landingsbanen en boven- en ondergrondse nutsvoorzieningen op Schiphol Airport maar ook onze regionale vliegvelden in Rotterdam, Eindhoven en Lelystad.

Ze verschillen in complexiteit en omvang, maar wat ze gemeen hebben is de dynamische en vooral ook complexe Schiphol omgeving. Bij ons gaat de operatie altijd door, en dat betekent dat ook bij schijnbaar eenvoudige projecten er meerdere relevante belangen spelen. Dat vraagt om begrip én overtuigingskracht. Jij draagt hieraan bij met jouw unieke talenten, zoals de manier waarop jij mensen aan elkaar verbindt om zo het ultieme resultaat te behalen. Sowieso heb je voor deze functie: HBO werk-/denkniveau of ruime ervaring binnen de aannemerij. Ook ruime ervaring met kostenmanagement op nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten binnen de discipline structuur.

Kennis van relevante wetgeving (o.a Bouwbesluit) en standaarden (zoals UAV, UAV-GC, RAW, STABU). Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met het werken binnen een complex stakeholderveld, daarnaast kun je effectief samenwerken in teams. De mogelijkheid om 4 x 9 uur te werken bij een 36-urige werkweek Bring-Your-Own-regeling waarbij je 450 euro mag besteden om je eigen (thuis) werkplek in te richten.

Een NS-Business Card die reizen met openbaar vervoer van en naar het werk helemaal vergoedt. Een vergoeding bij thuiswerken van € 3,00 netto per dag. Bovengemiddeld verdienen als chauffeur C op Schiphol? Jij rijdt korte afstanden op het platform en zorgt dat alles op tijd bij het vliegtuig staat.

Functieomschrijving

Als chauffeur C op Schiphol start je je dienst op het bedrijfsterrein en rijd je richting de vliegtuigen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat vliegtuigen op tijd worden bevoorraad met horeca gerelateerde producten zoals eten en drinken. Je rijdt vooral korte afstanden tussen het hoofdgebouw, waar jouw wagen wordt geladen met trolleys, en de vliegtuigen, waar een gespecialiseerd team de trolleys verder inlaadt. Jij zorgt dat alles veilig, netjes en op tijd op de juiste plek staat.

Je werkt in een omgeving waar het tempo hoog ligt en waar je scherp moet blijven. Tussen de vliegtuigen navigeer je rustig en precies, want veiligheid en overzicht zijn hier superbelangrijk. Hygiëne en nauwkeurig werken horen er ook bij. Je hebt veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar je merkt het ook meteen: door jouw inzet kunnen er elke dag honderden vluchten vertrekken en krijgen passagiers hun eten en drinken aan boord. Omdat je ritten gemiddeld zo’n 15 minuten duren, ben je de hele dienst lekker in beweging en vliegt de tijd voorbij. Je schakelt daarnaast met verschillende collega’s en partijen op het terrein, zodat de planning strak blijft en iedereen door kan.

Je vindt het geen probleem om fulltime te werken en in ploegendiensten te draaien. Juist die afwisseling past bij jou, en door de toeslagen kan het ook financieel extra interessant worden. Je weet wat het is om vroeg te starten of juist later te rijden, en je houdt je hoofd koel als het druk is. Zo maak jij als chauffeur c elke dienst weer het verschil op het platform van Schiphol.

Wat bieden wij?

Je verdient een salaris tussen €2.950 en €3.480 bruto per maand , exclusief vakantiegeld en toeslagen.
● Je krijgt 25 vakantiedagen per jaar , zodat je ook genoeg tijd hebt om op te laden.
● Je bouwt pensioen op en je voorwaarden zijn netjes geregeld.
● Je krijgt veiligheidskleding, zodat je veilig en zichtbaar kunt werken op het terrein.
● Je krijgt de kans om door te groeien, bijvoorbeeld richting een leidinggevende functie als jij die stap wilt maken.
● Je krijgt uitzicht op een langdurig dienstverband, dus je weet waar je aan toe bent.
● Je hebt om de twee weken een vrij weekend , fijn als je graag vooruit plant.
● Je krijgt extra toeslagen op onregelmatige tijden: ma t/m vr na 22:30 135%, zaterdag 135%, zondag 170%, weekend na 22:30 170% en feestdagen 200%.

Wat vragen wij

• Je hebt rijbewijs C met code 95 en aantoonbare ervaring als chauffeur c.
• Je hebt een VOG/VGB of je bent bereid deze aan te vragen, dit kan op onze kosten.
