Who you are
To be a successful production worker at Merba, it’s important that you meet the following requirements:

• You can work in 3 shifts;
• You're available Monday to Friday;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You can work in Oosterhout;
• You have your own transportation;
• You can take off/out all your jewelry or piercings if you have them;
• You're okay with being scheduled in reserved shifts.

What will you do
Get ready to work at cookie paradise! 🍪 As a production worker at Merba, you start at the packing department. Together with your team, you fix that every cookie is perfectly packed! From chocolate cookies to cranberry ones. They all pass by on the production line! Smells good, right? Make sure to taste a few of them! 😋

At Merba there’s always room to grow. Start the work and show what you’ve got! Once you’ve mastered the production work, you can grow into roles like line operator, machine operator or reachtruck driver. Hard work pays off here! 🔥

You'll work in 3 shifts: 6:00-14:00 hr, 14:00-22:00 hr, 22:00-06:00 hr. 🕒
At Merba they work with reserve shifts. If you are available 5 days a week, you'll get 2 reserve shifts and 3 guaranteed days of work.

You’ll work as a production worker at Merba in Oosterhout (NB). A cookie factory that smells like heaven! 🤩 Merba bakes and packs millions of cookies every day. They’re sold all over the world! Maybe you’ve spotted them in the supermarket already. 🕵️ You get to be part of the team that makes them!

YES, hier is ‘ie dan. Een afwisselende topbaan! Schoonmaken én de kantine bijhouden. Een goed salaris van €15,80 per uur en de leukste collega’s om je heen?! Het kan gelukkig allemaal bij Merba in Oosterhout (NB) als allround medewerker schoonmaak & productie!

Wat bieden wij jou

Wie ben jij
Om de kantine draaiende te houden, is het belangrijk dat je als allround medewerker aan de volgende eisen voldoet:

• Je bent 3 tot 5 dagen per week beschikbaar;
• Je spreekt Nederlands;
• Je kunt in 2 of 3 ploegen werken;
• Je kunt in Oosterhout werken;
• Je beschikt over eigen vervoer;
• Je kunt je sieraden of piercings uit doen als je deze draagt.

Wat ga je doen
Jouw werkweek is elke keer weer anders. Je gaat superveel verschillende dingen doen! Soms werk je in de kantine. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen aan een schone tafel kan eten. En ook zorg je dat alles in de kantine is aangevuld. Denk aan koffie, thee, suiker en etenswaren! Naast het schoonhouden van de kantine, houd je ook de toiletten en kantoren schoon. Kortom, met jou aan het werk hangt er geen vuiltje in de lucht! 🫧

Je werkt hier in 2 of 3 ploegen: 6:00 - 14:00 uur, 14:00 - 22:00 uur en 22:00 - 6:00 uur.
Merba werkt met reservediensten. Dat betekent dat als je 5 dagen beschikbaar bent, je 3 dagen gegarandeerd wordt ingepland en 2 reservediensten krijgt.

Waar ga je werken
De allerlekkerste koekjesfabriek van Noord-Brabant natuurlijk! Bij Merba worden de beste koekjes gemaakt. Chocolate, double chocolate, triple chocolate… Lekkerrrr 🍪. Je werkt hier in een supermoderne fabriek met veel leuke collega’s. Jij kent straks bijna iedereen, want als allround medewerker ben je overal te vinden. In de kantine, op kantoor én op de inpakafdeling!
