About the job

As a Production Worker, you help make metal products. You will start with simple tasks and learn the production process step by step. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the products are made correctly and meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading products at the machines;
• Checking the size and quality of products using measuring tools;
• Performing simple finishing work;
• Reporting problems or defects in the production process;
• Keeping your workplace clean and organised.

A a Production Worker you will work carefully and have the opportunity to learn new tasks. As you gain more experience, you can grow and develop within the company.

You will work full-time in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday. On the Friday there are slighty different times so your weekend start a bit earlier!

• Earlyshift: 06:00 tot 14:30;
• Afternoonshiftt: 14:30 tot 23:00;
• Nightshift: 22:30 tot 06:00.

As a Packaging Production Worker, you will help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. Working in a clean and well-organized production environment, you will be responsible for inspecting, packaging, and preparing products for shipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is flexible with their working hours. The production schedule changes from week to week, which means your hours can vary. For example, you may work around 37.5 hours one week and around 15 hours the next, depending on production needs.
What You Will Do: - Inspecting: Perform final quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.

• Packaging: Fold, seal, and label boxes and trays for shipment.
• Operating: Work with packaging machines to support an efficient packing process.
• Stacking: Place boxes neatly and securely on pallets.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Worker in Powder Coating, you are an important part of the finishing process. Together with your colleagues, you make sure metal products are prepared, coated and finished according to the required quality standards.
During your working day, you hang metal parts on the powder coating line and remove them once the coating process is complete. You check the finished products carefully. Is the coating even? Is there any damage? Does the product meet the required standard? If something is not right, you make sure it is reported.
You will also perform light finishing work, such as cleaning or sanding products. This makes the position ideal if you enjoy practical work and like seeing the result of your efforts at the end of the day. Your responsibilities include: - Hanging metal products on the powder coating line;

• Removing finished products from the production line;
• Checking products for quality, damage and irregularities;
• Cleaning, sanding and preparing metal products;
• Performing minor finishing work when necessary.

You work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. There are no evening or night shifts, so your evenings remain free. Wat we je bieden
