Wat ga je doen

Jouw hoofdtaak bestaat uit het sorteren van pakketjes. Je bent een ‘Pietje Precies’ en je kunt op een vast tempo werken. Hiermee zorg je ervoor dat alle pakketjes op het juiste adres eindigen. De sorteermachine helpt je hierbij en doet het eerste gedeelte van de pakketsortering. Vervolgens plaats je alle pakketten in de juiste rolcontainer, gebaseerd op postcode. Klinkt simpel, toch? Maar zie jij in een oogopslag wat het verschil is tussen 6696 en 6966? Perfect, dan ben je gemaakt voor de baan als magazijnmedewerker ochtend! Heb je soms toch hulp nodig? Geen zorgen, er is altijd wel een collega of teamleider in de buurt. Teamwork!

Waar ga je werken
Je komt te werken bij een van de grootste locaties van PostNL in Nederland. Het magazijn is gelegen aan de Popeweg 66 in Venlo. Het is goed bereikbaar met de auto of fiets. Openbaar vervoer is niet mogelijk. Iedere dag staat er een groep van magazijnmedewerkers klaar om de pakketten op tijd de deur uit te sturen. Je zult er veel verschillende nationaliteiten tegenkomen, dus daarom wordt er voornamelijk Engels gesproken. Tijdens je pauze is er tijd voor een gesprek met je collega’s. Dit kan onder het genot van een gratis kopje koffie, thee of warme chocomelk.

Who you are
As a Warehouse Operator at Arrow you are a motivated, hands-on star who thrives on speed! You also need to meet the following requirements:

• You speak good Dutch, English, or German.
• You are available to work 4-5 days a week between Monday and Friday.
• You are available to work 6 hours a day in a 2-shift system (06.00-12.45 and 15.15-22.00).

What will you do
At Arrow, you work with all kinds of cool electronic products for customers across Europe. On your first day as a Warehouse Operator, a buddy will help you learn everything, how great is that! For this job, you'll be responsible for the Picking department of Arrow Electronics. You work at a fixed spot and the products come to you automatically. Your tasks include:

• Pick the items: You stand at your station and the picks come to you.
• Use the system: You place the bins on a smart conveyor belt that runs through the warehouse.

Wat ga je doen
