who are you
You are a motivated, hands-on professional who isn't afraid to get stuck in. Working in a recycling environment suits you perfectly, you take pride in staying active and keeping things organized. You are a reliable team player who communicates clearly. Furthermore:

• You speak fluent Dutch and/or English.
• You have your own transportation to reach the distribution center.
• You are comfortable working with the typical odors and environment of a recycling station.
• You are available on weekdays from 07:30 to 16:30 (times may vary occasionally).
• You are willing to work on Saturdays.

what will you do
As a warehouse worker for the recycling department at Lidl, you ensure that all waste streams and returnable materials are processed efficiently and correctly. You will sort materials, separate different types of waste, and ensure the whole department remains clean and organized for a safe working environment. Your role is essential in keeping the distribution center running smoothly and sustainably. No EPT experience yet? Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know!

• Accurately process various types of waste materials, ensuring a clear distinction between food items and non-food recyclables.
• Keep the department neat, clean, and safe at all times.
• Handle recycling orders efficiently with minimal supervision.

where will you work
You will be working at the high-tech Lidl distribution center located at Stichtsekant in Almere. You will join a motivated and diverse team within the recycling department, where hard work and a good atmosphere go hand in hand. Travelling allowances of € 5,69 per day above the 20 km.

• 18 years: € 7.98
• 19 years: € 8.86
• 20 years: € 11.77
• 21 years: € 14.71
