what will you do
As a warehouse employee, you'll start your day with a clear overview, discussing the schedule with your team. Then it's your turn! In the VAS department, you'll be the crucial link in processing Apple shipments. Your job is to sort goods onto the correct pallets with the utmost precision. You'll be responsible for the entire process, from placing the right products on the right pallet to ensuring proper labeling and sealing, ensuring every shipment is perfect and ready to ship. This way, you'll directly contribute to a smooth logistics flow for one of the world's largest brands! Your responsibilities at a glance:

• Sorting: Accurately collect and distribute Apple products onto shipping pallets
• Preparation: Ensure correct labeling and secure sealing of pallets
• Safety: Work in accordance with the company's safety regulations

where will you work
In the warehouse there is constant movement of various products, which are often shipped within a day. As a warehouse employee you work in a dynamic environment at DSV Tilburg, which is growing rapidly. This offers you the opportunity to develop yourself further! Every year a number of employees are taken over on a permanent contract. In 2023, 6 employees will have been taken over from Randstad, and this year there will already be 3.

To keep the warehouse running, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You are 18 years or older.
• You speak and understand English fluently.
• You are flexible to work full-time or part-time (32 or 40 hours a week).
• You are willing to work in either day shifts or a two-shift rotation.
• You have your own transport (car or bike) to get to our location in Tholen (Marconiweg 3).

what will you do
During the open hiring at DSV, we will take you into the workplace. As an allround warehouse employee you will do a lot of order picking on an EPT. Next to order picking, you will also label products, packing, doing end control and load / unload trucks. As a reach truck driver, you keep yourself busy with ensuring that the goods are properly and correctly in the warehouse. You ensure that everything arrives undamaged and safe and is also shipped again.

• Working in two shifts or in day shift;
