We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and knows their way around complex systems.
Your profile:

• You have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. If you’ve worked in the IT industry before, you already have a head start!
• You are fluent in English (written and oral). Bonus points if you can also chat with us in Dutch or Turkish!
• You are a Microsoft Office pro (Excel is your second language) and you have hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• You are a customer-oriented team player with a knack for administrative excellence. Adapting to a diverse, high-energy culture is what you do best.

In this position, you are in charge of sales account maintenance, provide technical and administrative product information to customers as well as daily sales order processing and data entry.

• You work hand-in-hand with Sales and Sales Support to qualify opportunities and build strategic target lists for our vertical markets.
• You develop superior relationships with prospects, turning leads into long-term partners.
• From monitoring inventory and negotiating prices to entering orders and handling returns—you own the process from A to Z.
• Monitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order stats, facilitate credit and negotiate returns.
• You keep everyone informed by producing clear, insightful reports.
