what will you do

In this position, you are in charge of sales account maintenance, provide technical and administrative product information to customers as well as daily sales order processing and data entry.

  • Responsible for outbound cold calls and potential customer.
  • Develop relationships, communicate product and market information.
  • Monitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order stats, facilitate credit and negotiate returns.
  • Qualify opportunities, create target lists for vertical market.
  • Produce report as necessary.

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat vragen, verzoeken en klachten snel én professioneel worden opgepakt. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van sales, logistiek en technische ondersteuning om klanten de beste service te bieden.
