Do you like working in a production environment? Are you detail oriented and precise, but also able to lift heavy stuff from time to time? Then you may be the production worker we are looking for!
LKQ Van Esch is looking for a full time production employee. At LKQ you will help produce paints for some of the most famous car brands.
You must ...

• be available full time in the day shift
• have some experience in production
• be physically fit
• be detail oriented
• be able to see color clearly

what will you do
As a production worker at LKQ Van Esch, you are responsible for mixing the right color paint for different car parts. You do this by following a recipe that tells you how many grams of pigments to add to the paint. So it's important you are precise and reliable! When the pigments are all in, you put the can of paint in the mixer. Watch out: these cans can be heavy! But of course you don't have to lift them all day long. After the mixing, you check if the color came out correctly. Then you and your colleagues move on to the next color, with a different recipe. LKQ mixes 300.000 litres of paint a year, so there is never a dull moment!

• Lifting heavy cans of paint several times a day

LKQ Van Esch is one of the main suppliers for car paints and lacquers in The Netherlands. They supply to big brands like Volvo, Scania and DAF. In addition to the paint production, they also have a warehouse for paint accessories that they ship to many other suppliers. Who you are
As a production employee you are flexible and a hard worker. In addition, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You have your own accommodation in the Lelystad area.
• You speak English or Dutch.
• You have your own transportation to travel to Farm Dairy.
• You are physically fit to perform lifting tasks.
• You can work in 5 shifts: 2 morning shifts, 2 evening shifts, 2 night shifts, and 4 days off (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. / 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.).

What will you do
Farm Dairy is a dairy factory where all kinds of dairy products are produced for supermarkets. As a production employee you will start in a department where trolleys are prepared. Your job consists of unfolding and preparing these trolleys! Next, your colleague will put the trolleys in the filling machine! This goes at a fast pace and therefore the work can be physically heavy. But the nice thing is; you can skip your visit to the gym! If you do your job well, you can quickly progress to other departments! Sounds great right?!

Where will you work
As a production employee at Farm Dairy you will work in a large dairy factory. The factory is full of machines that produce yogurt and custard, very impressive! The machines make a bit of noise, so you often work with earplugs in. Farm Dairy is a pleasant company where you can work for a longer period of time. The atmosphere is great and everyone is super friendly! Furthermore, there are many career opportunities and you have a chance to get a permanent contract!
