Supermicro® is a leading provider of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions. They are experiencing rapid global expansion and are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor for our Server division in 's-Hertogenbosch.

• Salary between €4000 - €5500 based on experience
• 14:30 - 22:30

If you have experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector, and are skilled in optimizing production processes and driving operational excellence, this full-time, temp-to-perm role could be your next challenge. You will work with a dynamic team to meet the demands of our OEM customers.

• High School degree, college degree preferred with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant working experience in the electronic/high-tech or computer industry.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection. Solid understanding of computer system assembly is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Possess basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English.
• Flexible and results-driven approach.
• Lean management knowledge is a plus.

• Lead assembly, testing, material/quality control, kitting, and packing/unpacking operations.
• Oversee all production operations, including material logistics, production planning, and manpower controls
• Ensure highly efficient production processes and maintain quality standards to meet daily demands.
• Identify and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Train and coach new workers on their tasks.
• Maintain and develop production objectives for OEM customers and other production line duties.
