As a production employee, you are physically fit to stand along the production line during your shift. Further, you fulfill the following requirements:
As a production employee you will work in the glass factory in Leerdam. You have your own place along the production line where you check the glasses for quality. You then pack them in boxes. You will receive instructions how exactly the glasses should be packed. After this, you stack the boxes on pallets. These boxes are picked up by your colleague with a forklift. This way, the glasses can be sent to IKEA on time.
Where will you workAs a production employee you find yourself in a paradise of glasses. You work in the factory of Leerdam Crisal Glass. These glasses are produced here. Interesting to see! There is a nice, informal working atmosphere in the warehouse. There is always room for a chat during your work. That's why you quickly feel at home. But of course we also work hard to send the glasses to the customer on time. Are you doing well? Then you can work at LCG for longer period of time!

As a warehouse worker you meet the following requirements:
As a warehouse worker you will work in a glass factory where glasses are continuously produced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are ovens that produce the glasses. Super fun to see! The glasses produced are transported by production line. As a warehouse worker you stand at the assembly line where you pick up the glasses and place them in boxes. You then place these boxes on pallets. After this, the boxes are picked up by your colleague on the forklift. This way, the glasses can be sent to IKEA on time. This makes customers happy!
Where will you workAt the glass factory, formerly Libbey, you will be part of a fantastic multicultural team of diverse ages as a warehouse employee. You will never work alone, but always with one to four other colleagues. This makes for a super fun atmosphere! Everyone knows each other, making it feel like coming home every day.
