who are you
You enjoy working in a team and are motivated and eager to learn! As a CNC operator, you must also meet the following requirements:

• you can work 4 to 5 days a week on a two-shift schedule
• you have an interest in technology (either through experience or as a hobby)
• you have your own transportation

what will you do
As a CNC operator, you’ll receive all-round training in the department. You’ll learn how to operate every machine. You’ll start in the ball department, where the balls for the tow hooks are manufactured. At Brink, you’ll go through a detailed training program where you’ll learn all the tricks of the trade to become a true CNC operator! After completing this training program, you’ll be ready to work independently.
