Wat je gaat doen As a Measurement Technician, you are responsible for accurately testing and validating high-tech products before they are delivered to customers worldwide. Your work contributes directly to the quality, reliability, safety, and performance of products used in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, medical technology, and high-tech manufacturing. Your responsibilities: - Performing helium leak tests, pressure tests, and visual inspections; Validating high-tech products using specialised testing equipment; Accurately recording, analysing, and processing measurement data; Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and test requirements; Following validation procedures, work instructions, and test plans; Identifying deviations and supporting troubleshooting and root cause analysis; Ensuring products meet strict quality, safety, and performance standards before shipment; Actively contributing to continuous improvement within quality and testing processes. You help ensure that only products that meet the required standards are delivered to customers. FunctieomschrijvingIf you’re technically skilled, not afraid of physical work, and want to see up close how large industrial machines are tested, then we’re looking for you to join our test lab in Venlo. You’ll work in the test lab of an international engineering company that develops machines and technology for the mining industry. Together with the Lab Engineer, you’ll conduct tests to investigate how different materials and processes behave. You’ll work with coarse materials such as earth and minerals, as well as large machines. This makes the work varied: one moment you’ll be preparing samples, the next you’ll be setting up equipment or reviewing test results. For each test, you’ll follow a pre-established test plan. You’ll verify in advance that all materials, tools, and information are available and prepare the test and machinery. Afterward, you’ll collect and process the measurement data and report the results to the Lab Engineer or Process Engineer. You work safely and accurately and don’t mind getting dusty or dirty from time to time while on the job.
