The Bay Department is literally the 'harbor' of the Decathlon warehouse. All incoming and outgoing goods pass through this central point, making it a highly dynamic job. You could say this role covers Shipping, Expedition, Loading, and Unloading—all in one. Key tasks include driving an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT), building and preparing pallets for shipment, and unloading incoming trucks with new products to ensure they are properly stored in the warehouse. This is an active and dynamic role. While the work involves physical activity, most tasks are performed using the EPT, and Decathlon products are generally not overly heavy.

Wij zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde en energieke medewerkers om het Decathlon team te komen versterken. Ervaring in de logistiek is mooi, maar geen vereiste. Wat belangrijker is, is dat jij de juiste energie meebrengt!

De Bay Department is letterlijk de 'haven' van het Decathlon magazijn in Tilburg. Dit is het centrale punt waar alle inkomende en uitgaande goederen langskomen. Dit maakt het een heel afwisselende en actieve baan.
Je kunt zeggen dat deze functie alle taken combineert: Laden, Lossen, en Verzenden. Je bestuurt een Elektrische Pallet Truck (EPT). Met de EPT laad en los je vrachtwagens met nieuwe producten. Je bouwt ook pallets op en maakt ze klaar voor verzending. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat de producten op de juiste plek in het magazijn komen.
Het is een dynamische rol, maar het werk is niet overdreven zwaar. De meeste taken doe je met de EPT. Bovendien zijn de Decathlon producten meestal niet heel zwaar.
