Who you are
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional with a hands-on mentality and a passion for quality. You have a strong sense of responsibility, work accurately, and thrive in a structured environment. With your background in logistics or a technical field, you’re able to follow complex instructions and contribute to high compliance standards. You communicate clearly in English, enjoy working both independently and in a small team, and you’re comfortable using digital tools like Excel to support your daily tasks.

• MBO-level education, preferably in logistics or technical fields;
• Relevant experience in the logistics sector; experience with GMP is a plus;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on compliance;
• Able to work independently as well as in a small, collaborative team;
• Professional proficiency in English;
• Comfortable following complex instructions with precision;
• Proficient with computer systems, especially MS Excel.

What will you do
As a GMP Operator, you are in charge of executing rework activities under strict GMP standards. This involves modifying medical products according to customer requirements and market regulations — ensuring full compliance with our quality procedures.

• Perform rework processes in compliance with GMP guidelines;
• Plan and prepare rework activities, including creating documentation, forms, and labels;
• Conduct peer reviews and perform quality checks;
• Accurately record all activities and manage documentation using MS Excel;
• Communicate directly with customers (mainly via email and phone);
• Coordinate with the QA department for process validation and approval;
• Maintain an organized and clean work area;
• Order materials and manage document archiving as needed.

Als Associate Manufacturing Operator ben je een gedreven teamplayer die elke dag met een frisse dosis energie de werkvloer opstapt en altijd scherp blijft op wat er moet gebeuren. Als Associate Manufacturing Operator moet je aan de volgende punten voldoen:

• Je spreekt Engels en/of Nederlands.
• Je hebt een Mbo-diploma in een technische richting, of je hebt ervaring als operator.
• Je hebt affiniteit met de farmaceutische industrie.
• je bent beschikbaar voor 2 ploegenrooster.
• Je bent beschikbaar van 07:30 tot 15:00 en 15:30 tot 23:30.
• Je beschikt over computervaardigheden.
• Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar.

wat ga je doen
Als Manufacturing Operator bij Johnson & Johnson ga je aan de slag op de afdeling Buffer preparatie. Hier werk je mee aan de voorbereiding, bereiden en eind resultaat van buffers die worden gebruikt in ons Laboranten test faciliteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie vlekkeloos verloopt door routinetaken nauwkeurig en zelfstandig uit te voeren. Je ondersteunt interne teams en bewaakt de administratieve processen op snelheid, nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit. Hierbij hanteer je een hoge standaard voor professionaliteit en communiceer je helder en discreet.

De werkzaamheden zullen als volgt zijn:

• Administratie en productie support aan Manufacturing Operators.
• Werken volgens GMP eisen en het J&J Credo.
• Gaten in de planning spotten en proactief verbetervoorstellen doen.
• Trainingen on-time afronden en vakkennis up-to-date houden.
• • Afwegen van grondstoffen, voorbereiden van de preparatie, Filtratie testen uitvoeren.
• • Schoonmaken van productie systemen en werkplekken.

who are you
As a production worker, you are quality-oriented and work very accurately. You are curious and always remain positive, even when the pace is high. Because you are flexible and like to work according to clear protocols, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. • You speak/read English or Dutch language.
• You enjoy working with your hands and can do physical work.
• You are available to work full-time in morning and evening shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• You have at least an MBO-2 level technical education or relevant work experience within a production environment.
• You have a valid work permit or valid EU documentation enabling you to work in the Netherlands.

what will you do
As a production worker, you assist the operators in their daily tasks, and together you monitor quality and safety within production. We currently have vacancies open in various departments: Downstream processing, Fermentation, and Medium Prep. We will gladly explain what they do in these departments during the intake.

You work in a cleanroom (GMP environment), so working cleanly and accurately is truly a second nature to you. We keep things moving with two shifts: from 07:00 – 15:30 and from 15:00 – 23:30. Curious about the details? Check below to see what an average workday looks like:
