As an Customer Support Backline Agent you handle, investigate and resolve customer enquiries in an accurate, professional and timely matter. You provide high customer quality standards and enable effective accounts receivable collection. You also act as a billing and duty related subject matter expert within Accounts Receivables and support resolution of most complex billing and duty /vat related queries involving in customer interactions.
