Do you like working in a production environment? Are you detail oriented and precise, but also able to lift heavy stuff from time to time? Then you may be the production worker we are looking for!
LKQ Van Esch is looking for a full time production employee. At LKQ you will help produce paints for some of the most famous car brands.
You must ...

• be available full time in the day shift
• have some experience in production
• be physically fit
• be detail oriented
• be able to see color clearly

what will you do
As a production worker at LKQ Van Esch, you are responsible for mixing the right color paint for different car parts. You do this by following a recipe that tells you how many grams of pigments to add to the paint. So it's important you are precise and reliable! When the pigments are all in, you put the can of paint in the mixer. Watch out: these cans can be heavy! But of course you don't have to lift them all day long. After the mixing, you check if the color came out correctly. Then you and your colleagues move on to the next color, with a different recipe. LKQ mixes 300.000 litres of paint a year, so there is never a dull moment!

LKQ Van Esch is one of the main suppliers for car paints and lacquers in The Netherlands. They supply to big brands like Volvo, Scania and DAF. In addition to the paint production, they also have a warehouse for paint accessories that they ship to many other suppliers. The perfect part-time job: early mornings, early finishes! ☀️ You’ll earn a great hourly wage of €16,22 per hour and work part-time shifts in the mornings. Come join Royal FloraHolland in Honselersdijk as an orderpicker and start your day surrounded by flowers! 💐

Who you are
To keep the warehouse running smoothly, it’s important you meet the following requirements as an orderpicker:

• You are available 1 to 5 days per week.
• You can start working at 05:45h and the ending time is between 09:30h and 12:00h.
• You’re available on the mandatory Monday.
• You are available for at least 2 months.
• You meet the 1.65m height requirement.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• You can work in Honselersdijk.

What will you do
Your morning as orderpicker at Royal FloraHolland starts bright and early! At 05:45 you’re already in the warehouse. Ready for another day surrounded by flowers! 🌸 Because you start early, you’re usually done somewhere between 09:30 and 12:00. That means plenty of free time in the afternoon for yourself! ☀️

With an electric tractor you cruise through the large halls. Hunting down all the flowers and plants on your pick list. You’re constantly on the move, which makes your job so active! Once your order is complete, you drop it off at the right department and grab a new empty cart. This keeps you moving and before you know it… Your shift is over! And that little tug vehicle? You get a full explanation of how it works on your first workday! 🚀

Where will you work
You’ll be working in the huge warehouse of Royal FloraHolland. It’s big, but feels surprisingly quick like a place where you know exactly where to go. You’ll know the routes and feel at home in no time!

As an orderpicker at Royal FloraHolland you really get the space to grow. You get to try new things and keep developing yourself. And the atmosphere? Super cheerful and friendly!
