who are you
You have a technical background and bring practical experience to the team. You are ready to solve technical challenges and support your colleague.

• You have at least a MBO 3 in Mechatronics, Electrical engineering, Installation engineering, Automotive engineering or Aerospace engineering
• Experience working in a production environment is preferred
• You are available for 38,25 hours per week
• You are willing to work in 2-shifts
• You live in or near Veldhoven
• You speak English or Dutch

what will you do
As a Cabin Install Technician, you play a key role in the production processes. Together with your team, you ensure high-quality standards while assembling the machines. Your day is filled with hands-on tasks, problem-solving, and collaborating with experienced colleagues to optimize our systems.

• Executes daily operations within Cabin Install
• Build knowledge of processes and techniques
• Contribute to new product integration
• Monitor and supervise production activities
• Ensure adherence to safety and health guidelines
• Identify and suggest process improvements

where will you work

• Work on a 2-shift rotation (morning/evening) across a 4-week cycle. Working only 4 days per week 1st, 2nd & 3rd week and 6 days in the 4th week.
