Als Teamleider Logistiek ben jij dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van jouw team binnen het warehouse van Louwman Logistics in Raamsdonksveer. Je start je dag met een teamoverleg waarin je de planning en prioriteiten doorneemt. Daarna zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, van inkomende goederen tot het tijdig verzendklaar maken van orders. Je houdt het overzicht, lost knelpunten snel op en schakelt met andere afdelingen als dat nodig is. Ook denk je mee over verbeteringen in het logistieke proces en motiveer je jouw team om samen de doelen te behalen. Je werkt afwisselend volgens een rooster tussen 8.00-16.30 en 11.00-19.30, waarbij je zelf je werktijden kunt inschatten.

• Aansturen en coachen van een team logistiek medewerkers
• Plannen, coördineren en bewaken van dagelijkse warehouse activiteiten

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Teamleider Logistiek, Warehouse Supervisor, of vergelijkbare leidinggevende rol in de logistiek
• Afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting
• Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van teams binnen een warehouse-omgeving
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands
• Bereidheid om te werken in een flexibel rooster tussen 8.00-16.30 en 11.00-19.30
• Woonachtig op maximaal 30 km afstand van Raamsdonksveer
