Who you are
To keep the pastry production running smoothly, it’s important that you, as a Production Worker meet the following requirements:

• You are fluent in Dutch, German or English.
• You are available between 2 - 4 days a week from Monday to Sunday.
• You are flexible and available to work in a three-shift schedule: 06:15–16:00, 14:00–00:00, or 22:00–06:00.
• You have your own transportation to get to Panningen.
• You do not have food allergies.

What will you do
Step into the delicious world of Goedhart in Panningen and relive those happy baking memories every single day! After putting on those bakery whites, there is just enough time for a quick coffee in the canteen before the shift begins. Once it is time to clock in, the journey starts with washing hands and cleaning shoes—safety and hygiene always come first! Together with a team of six motivated colleagues, the planning shows it is time to create those famous Tompouce Croissants. While the production line gets moving, everyone works together to prep the ingredients and keep the flow going.

In short, as a Production Worker, your tasks include:

• Production: Preparing fresh pastries and croissants.
• Line work: Performing active tasks on the production line.
• Packing: Packing products neatly and preparing them for shipment.
• Hygiene: Keeping machines and the work area clean.

Where will you work
You will join the team at Goedhart in Panningen, the largest and tastiest bakery in the Netherlands! This is an informal family business where the atmosphere is just as wonderful as the smell of fresh cake. You’ll work in a modern, industrial bakery that is professional and well-structured, but always leaves room for a laugh with your colleagues. Hard work is rewarded here: enjoy free pastries in the breakroom and even a fries stall for the team during busy peaks! Since the bakery is not accessible by public transport, you will need your own transport to get to Panningen. It is a high-energy workplace where you will feel right at home from day one! Wie ben jij
Als medewerker communicatie heb jij een enorme passie voor het vak communicatie en barst van het initiatief. Of je nu al 2 jaar ervaring hebt of net je diploma op zak hebt: jouw enthousiasme is wat telt!

• Je bent resultaatgericht, houdt altijd het overzicht en werkt lekker zelfstandig;
• Teksten schrijven? Jij vertaalt ingewikkelde info moeiteloos naar een helder verhaal;
• Social media hebben geen geheimen voor je en je weet precies hoe je AI slim inzet.

Wat ga je doen
Samen met je gezellige team kijk je elke week wat er op de rol staat. Geen dag is hetzelfde als medewerker communicatie! Jij stroopt je mouwen op en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt. Je takenpakket? Lekker divers:

• Je ondersteunt de adviseurs bij projecten, maar schrijft en creëert ook zelfstandig content;
• Je beheert de website en de socialmediakanalen van de gemeente als een pro;
• Je knalt vol energie in de productie van 'Peel en Maas Inzicht': van voice-overs schrijven tot het regelen van afspraken;
• Je houdt de beeldenbank (FileFlow) up-to-date zodat je collega's snel de mooiste foto's vinden;
• Je schakelt dagelijks met fotografen, bureaus en collega's uit de hele organisatie.

Waar ga je werken
Je komt te werken bij de gemeente Peel en Maas, in een warm bad van 10 directe collega's binnen het cluster communicatie. Samen vormen jullie een hecht team waarin ieders deskundigheid telt. Het team adviseert en ondersteunt het bestuur en de organisatie, en bouwt samen aan de vernieuwing van de gemeentelijke communicatie. Een dynamische plek waar jouw inzet écht het verschil maakt voor de inwoners!
