Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en de producten voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Controleren van producten en verpakkingen op kwaliteit

• Inpakken van babydoekjes, medische doekjes en make-updoekjes
• Aanvullen van verpakkingsmaterialen aan de productielijn
• Gereedmaken van producten voor verzending
• Signaleren en melden van kwaliteitsafwijkingen of storingen
• Schoon en netjes houden van de werkplek
• Werken volgens veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften
• Samenwerken met collega's om de productie draaiende te houden

Het betreft een actieve functie waarbij je veel staat en in beweging bent. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst: - Ochtenddienst: 06:00 tot 14:00 uur

Functieomschrijving:
Als operator start je met een inwerktraject van een jaar. Je leert alle onderdelen van het proces kennen. Zo word je een echte vakman. Je bent straks breed inzetbaar op verschillende machines.

Jouw dag bestaat uit het opstarten en bewaken van de productie. Je stelt machines in op de juiste manier. Ook controleer je of de dosering klopt. Zie je een afwijking? Dan grijp je direct in. Het bijhouden van de productiegegevens hoort ook bij jouw taken. Je loopt regelmatig controlerondes door de fabriek. Zie je een storing? Dan los je deze zelfstandig op. Zo zorg je voor een soepel verloop van het proces. Functievereisten:

• Een maandsalaris tussen de € 3.000,- en € 4.200,- bruto.

• Je bouwt pensioen op voor jouw oude dag.

• Je krijgt een vaste 13e maand als extra beloning.

• Je krijgt een persoonlijk budget voor cursussen en trainingen.
