As an Operator B, you will work in a modern production environment in Tilburg. Together with your team, you monitor the production process, ensure everything runs according to plan and specifications, and step in where necessary. Every day, you check performance in the areas of safety, quality, and efficiency. Together with your team leader, you set priorities, analyze breakdowns, and actively contribute to improvements. You report on production results, participate in team meetings, and make sure that first aid, emergency response, occupational health, safety, and environmental standards are always met. • MBO or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in technology, process engineering, or a similar field
• At least 1 year of experience as an Operator B, Process Operator, or similar role
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Strong awareness of quality and safety
• Good communication skills and stress resistant
• Proactive, ambitious, and passionate about the job
• Able to work independently as well as in a team

As an Orbital Welding Operator, you contribute to the production of high-quality metal and plastic hose and piping systems. In a modern production environment, you work with precision and a strong focus on quality. You actively support process improvements and collaborate closely with your colleagues. With your technical expertise and keen eye for detail, you ensure efficient production and consistently deliver top-quality results.

What You Will Do:

• Reading and executing work orders according to the production schedule;
• Working from technical drawings to weld various components, such as fittings, bends, and stainless steel hoses;
• Performing helium leak tests and final inspections to ensure product quality;
• Setting up, adjusting, and maintaining machinery for optimal production performance;
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous process improvements.
