Als Operator Oven bedien je onze rotatiegietmachines waarmee wij hoogwaardige kunststof producten produceren. Je werkt in een team van 12 collega's en draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van onze productieprocessen. Als jij initiatiefrijk, flexibel, innovatief en nauwkeurig bent en beschikt over technisch inzicht, dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in een team functioneren en beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed. Omdat jij veel boven je armen werkt is het belangrijk dat jij fysiek sterk bent én je minimaal 1,80 m lang bent.

Werk jij het liefst met je handen in een leuk en gezellig team? Dan is deze vacature jouw op het lijf geschreven. Als productiemedewerker werk jij in een 2-ploegendienst en word jij opgeleid tot een vaste kracht binnen de organisatie.

Je nieuwe baan

Wat ga je allemaal doen?

In deze functie als productiemedewerker ben jij dagelijks bezig binnen het rotatiegietproces. Je zorgt voor de assemblage van gereedgemaakte producten, test de producten op maatvoering en repareert producten waar nodig. Erg afwisselend dus. Nadat het product 100% is goedgekeurd, maak je het klaar voor verzending en transport. Jij bent dus een belangrijke schakel, samen in een gezellig team. Je werkt in de 2-ploegendienst. Eén week werk jij 5 dagen in de ochtenddienst (05:45 uur -14:30 uur) en de andere week werk jij 4 dagen in de middagdienst van maandag tot en met donderdag. Om de week ben jij dus een vrijdag vrij. Heerlijk toch. Het betreft dus een werkweek van 36 uur. Al met al een leuke afwisselende functie in de 2-ploegendienst samen met een leuk en gezellig team.

Nadat het product 100% is goedgekeurd, maak je het klaar voor verzending en transport. Jij bent dus een belangrijke schakel, samen in een gezellig team. Je werkt in de 2-ploegendienst. Eén week werk jij 5 dagen in de ochtenddienst (05:45 uur -14:30 uur) en de andere week werk jij 4 dagen in de middagdienst van maandag tot en met donderdag. Om de week ben jij dus een vrijdag vrij. Heerlijk toch. Het betreft dus een werkweek van 36 uur. Al met al een leuke afwisselende functie in de 2-ploegendienst samen met een leuk en gezellig team.

Het desbetreffende bedrijf is onderdeel van een wereldwijde organisatie verdeeld over 39 vestigingen en vervaardigt dagelijks innovatieve kunststof producten. Je bent onderdeel van 3000 medewerkers, verdeeld over de verschillende vestigingen. Een erg groot bedrijf, maar ontzettend betrokken bij zijn medewerkers. Samenwerken en plezier hebben op de werkvloer, staat hoog in het vaandel. Je werkt samen met een vaste ploeg waardoor je je vaste collega's goed leert kennen. Het doel is om samen met alle collega's dagelijks een perfect eindproduct op te leveren.
