To keep the warehouse running, it is important that you as a logistics employee meet the following requirements:

• You speak Dutch or English
• You are willing to work in Oud Gastel
• You are available full-time
• You are available 5 days per week
• You are available between 06:00 and 00:15
• You have your own transportation to get to work

what will you do
Every workday as a logistics employee starts together with a team briefing. During this meeting, you will hear what your tasks for the day will be. One day you focus on order picking and pack orders accurately. You check the contents, seal the box, and apply the correct labels so order shipments reach the right customer in the right country!

After a relaxing break in the canteen or in the sun, you get to work at inbound or shipping. You help load trucks and prepare pallets. When incoming trucks arrive, you unload goods, check boxes for damage, and place them correctly in the warehouse.

As a logistics employee, you perform the following tasks:

• Accurately picking and packing orders
• Labeling and preparing shipments
• Loading, unloading, and processing incoming goods

what will you do
A new workday begins with a morning meeting where the day tasks are outlined. Your first job as a warehouse employee is often to pack customer orders. This involves carefully selecting the items from the provided list and placing them in the right box. You must then securely seal the package and apply the correct shipping label, ensuring it reaches the right customer in the right country. After a productive morning, you take a break for lunch, either in the canteen or outdoors. The afternoon shifts to loading and unloading trucks. You will organize and place pallets into the correct outgoing trucks. Once that is complete, you will unload the incoming trucks, inspecting pallets and boxes for any damage before correctly storing them in the warehouse.

At CEVA Logistics, a global leader in logistics, you can start your career at the Oud Gastel location. Here, you will work in one of five different warehouses, each with its own unique products. As a warehouse employee, you will do a lot of order picking by foot. You push a car with a tablet attached. The tablet tells you what to do. If you have picked the product, you scan it with the hand scanner. You keep doing this until you have taken the whole order. Next to order picking, you will also do as a warehouse employee:

• Keep the warehouse clean
• Loading/unloading
• Stickering and labeling of products

where will you work
CEVA is an international logistics company. In the warehouse in Oud Gastel they work with all kinds of products divided over different departments. You will work as a warehouse employee at the department your preference goes to. Also, there is a possibility of a permanent contract if you perform well!
