wie ben jij
Natuurlijk zoeken we iemand die van aanpakken weet en fysiek fit is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je vindt het fijn om in een vast ritme te werken en spreekt goed Nederlands, zodat de communicatie op de vloer soepel verloopt.

• Je bent een echte teamplayer die ook prima zelfstandig meters maakt.
• Fysiek zwaar werk is voor jou geen probleem; je blijft makkelijk de hele dag in beweging.
• Je bent nauwkeurig en werkt geconcentreerd met een handscanner.
• Het werken in de late dienst (12:30 - 21:00 uur) past goed bij jouw ritme.
• Je bent bereid om via ons je hef- of reachcertificaat te behalen.

wat ga je doen
Als magazijnmedewerker op de outbound afdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het laatste, belangrijke deel van het logistieke proces. Je pickt de juiste producten uit de schappen en pakt deze netjes in voor verzending naar de klant. Het is een actieve baan waarbij je snel schakelt en zorgt dat alle orders verzendklaar staan.

• Orders verzamelen met een handscanner.
• Producten controleren en inpakken voor verzending.
• Zware pakketten tillen en verplaatsen binnen het magazijn.
• De werkomgeving schoon en veilig houden voor het hele team.

Who you are
You love cookies of course! To keep the factory running, it is important that you meet the following requirements as a production employee:

• You can work in 3 shifts.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• You already live in or around Oosterhout.
• You have your own transportation.
• You can take off/out all your jewelry or piercings if you have them.
• You're okay with being scheduled in reserve shifts.

What will you do

You'll work in 3 shifts:
🕕 06:00 - 14:00
🕑 14:00 - 22:00
🌙 22:00 - 06:00

At Merba you're guaranteed to work at least 3 days per week. On top of that, there are 2 reserved shifts. So if it gets busy, you might get called in for some extra hours. Perfect for anyone who likes some flexibility. And wants to earn some extra dough! 💸
