**Wat ga je doen als Handhaver Horecawet?**Als Handhaver houd je toezicht op de alcoholwet in de gemeente Peel en Maas. Het is ook mogelijk dat je wordt ingezet in andere gemeenten. Maar waar je ook werkt, de uit te voeren werkzaamheden zijn altijd anders en dus is geen dag hetzelfde. De ene dag houd je toezicht bij een voetbalkantine (paracommercie), de andere dag controleer je supermarkten en slijterijen. Daarnaast bezoek je regelmatig horecagelegenheden en evenementen. Je neemt waar en hebt een informatieve rol, kent de drank- en horecawet op je duimpje en weet als geen ander overtredingen op te sporen en te sanctioneren. De diensten die je draait als Handhaver Alcoholwet zijn goed te combineren met je huidige werk, ook als je al als toezichthouder of buitengewoon opsporingsambtenaar werkt. De diensten zijn in principe 2 x per maand op een vrijdag of zaterdag van 16.00 tot 23.00 uur. Samen met onze planners en projectmanagers zorgen we ervoor dat de diensten in jouw rooster passen. Als handhaver moet je aan een aantal eisen voldoen. Jij neemt het volgende mee:

• Een geldig boa-getuigschrift;
• Een geldig DHW-certificaat;
• Een geldig rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer.

Heb jij twee rechterhanden en sta je op een ladder net zo stevig als op de grond? Ben je klantvriendelijk en flexibel? En wil je graag bijdragen aan tevreden klanten?

Onze opdrachtgever is al ruim 40 jaar ontwikkelaar, fabrikant en monteur van kwaliteitsproducten die je huis helemaal af maken. Kunststof en aluminium kozijnen vallen onder hun specialisme, maar daar blijft het niet bij. Ook voor serres, zonweringen, deuren en glazen wanden kun je bij onze opdrachtgever terecht voor het beste advies tot aan de montage.

Vanaf het moment dat de opdracht van een klant binnenkomt, kun jij aan de slag. Via on-the-job learning, krijg jij de fijne kneepjes van het monteren in de hand en kan dan snel alleen op pad. Je begint je dag bij de showroom in Meijel en gaat van daaruit naar de klanten. Jij bent het visitekaartje van het bedrijf. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je representatief en klantvriendelijk bent. Zodra je de kozijnen hebt gemonteerd bij de eerste klant, ga je door naar de volgende waar je een glazen schuifwand mag plaatsen en bij de laatste klant plaats je een overkapping. Je monteert een gevarieerd assortiment wat er dus voor zorgt dat elke werkdag anders is. Aan het einde van je dag eindig je weer bij de showroom in Meijel en maak je de bus gereed voor de volgende werkdag.

Je demonteert de bestaande kozijnen en brengt stelkozijnen aan.

Je brengt de aluminium/kunststof kozijnen aan in de stelkozijnen.

Je monteert en brengt afwerkingen en zetwerk aan.

Je monteert andere producten in het assortiment zoals deuren en zonwering.

What will you do
As an assembly worker at DAF, you play a crucial role in the logistics process. After thorough, full-time, and paid training, you will be further trained at your workstation by an experienced colleague.
Working at DAF means you have to work in a team. When you start working in a team at DAF, you remain in this team and it is not possible for you to work in another team.

Within the team there are a number of workstations, within which you will rotate. In the beginning, the work can be very monotonous/repeating, since you are not yet trained at all workstations. The longer you work there, the greater the chance that there will be more variety. The team size varies, but usually it comes down to 15 to 20 employees per shift.

You must take into account that it is physically very heavy, whereby you get muscle pain. This can be muscle pain in your hands, arms and legs. In addition, some teams require you to hang over the chassis, which can be hard on your back. Furthermore, you are constantly standing.

You will have two breaks in an 8-hour shift (a half-hour break and a 15-minute break). The half hour break, you will not get paid.
Overtime is the hours worked in addition to the timetable by the supervisor (all hours worked in excess of the 8 hours are overtime hours).
For the first 2 overtime hours: + 23.2%.
For the other overtime periods (> 2 hours overtime): + 37.6%
Saturday overtime addition = + 65%
Sunday overtime addition = + 84%

Where will you work
The Paccar Distribution Center (PDC) is the largest DAF Trucks distribution center worldwide. The PDC supplies DAF dealers directly in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France. In addition, it supplies other European PDCs on a daily basis.
To guarantee fast delivery of the right parts, the distribution center uses advanced logistics systems. One of these systems is voice-activated picking orders and assembly .

A ''pendelweek'' at DAF means the salary will be paid on wednesday (instead of the regular monday). So the employee will receive his or her salary on thursday or friday.

Day one = introduction at DAF, receiving company clothes, getting BSN
Day two = starting the job + DAF training
In the summer the company is closed from week 30,31,32. There is no work in the factory at that moment.

• In this movie the process from the first order to the ready made truck rolling of the production line is shown. From 1.59 min onwards you can see the work process in the truck factory.
• The axles and cabins are made in Westerlo (another factory in Belgium) and transported to DAF Eindhoven on a daily basis. DAF will produce 240 trucks every day!

What will you do
As an assembly worker, you are a key part of the production line. You'll start with a fully paid training period so you know exactly what to do. After that, you will join a fixed team of 15 to 20 colleagues. You will rotate between different workstations, which means your tasks will become more varied as you learn more.
It is good to know that this is a very active job. You are standing all day and often leaning over the truck chassis. The belt keeps moving, meaning you and your team have about 4 minutes to finish your tasks for each truck. It is physical work, but the steady pace means the day flies by.
You will work 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid break and a 15-minute paid break.

Do you work overtime? That pays well:

• After 8 hours, you get a 23.2% bonus for the first two hours
• 37.6% after that
• 65% on Saturdays
• and 84% on Sundays.

Welcome to DAF Trucks in Eindhoven! You will work at a facility that receives cabins and axles directly from Belgium to produce a massive 240 trucks every single day. The Paccar Distribution Center (PDC) uses highly advanced logistics systems like voice-activated picking and assembly.

Day 1 is all about introductions, receiving your company workwear, and getting your BSN sorted.
On Day 2, the real action starts with your DAF training on the floor.
