Ben jij op zoek naar een afwisselende functie in de productie-industrie? Dan zoeken we jou voor een opdrachtgever in Ittervoort. Het betreft een functie als operator in 3 ploegen aan de mixlijn. Dit wilt zeggen dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor het samenstellen van de orders. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het logistieke proces op rolletjes loopt en dat alles netjes bij elkaar gezet wordt. Jouw dagelijkse takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

• Je maakt de juiste combinaties en doet de producten in de verpakking bij elkaar;
• Je controleert of de verpakkingen compleet en onbeschadigd ingepakt worden op de pallets;
• Af en toe verplaatsen van producten met de heftruck.

Het betreft een functie in 3 ploegen, van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Je werkt op de volgende tijden: 05:54-14:00 uur, 13:54-22:00 uur, 21:54-06:00 uur (7,36 betaalde uren).

Een specialist op het gebied van huisdiervoedingsmiddelen. Je zult gaan werken in een schone omgeving die sterk geautomatiseerd is. De sfeer op de werkvloer is informeel en laagdrempelig. Er werken 70 medewerkers op de locatie in Ittervoort. Je werkt op de afdeling 'mixlijn' waarbij de verschillende producten op een pallet met elkaar gemixt worden, zodat ze klaar zijn om bij de klant in het schap gezet te worden.

De organisatie is goed bereikbaar vanuit Roermond, Weert, Venlo, Peel en Maas, Stein en Sittard-Geleen. Je kan zowel met de auto als het openbaar vervoer op locatie komen.

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse of Engelse taal;

Functie-inhoud

• Als Extrusie Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en instellen van extrusiemachines en het waarborgen van productkwaliteit;
• Je bewaakt procesparameters en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit als Extrusie Operator;
• Je lost eenvoudige storingen op en voert preventief onderhoud uit aan de apparatuur;
• Je ondersteunt bij het opstarten en omstellen van productieorders en draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen;
• Je werkt nauw samen met collega's op de werkvloer om een veilige en efficiënte productie te garanderen;
• Je stelt procesparameters en productrecepten in op PLC/bedienpanelen, voert eerste-lijn storingsanalyse uit en escaleert complexe storingen naar technische dienst of ploegleider;

Functie-eisen

• MBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare technische opleiding;
• Ervaring in een productieomgeving of met procesmachines is een pré;
• Kennis van veiligheid en kwaliteitsvoorschriften in de maakindustrie;
• Oog voor detail en verantwoordelijkheid voor productkwaliteit;
• Bereidheid om in een productiedienst te werken volgens rooster indien nodig;
• Basisvaardigheden in technisch onderhoud en storingsanalyse;
