We are looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician who is eager to share knowledge, take initiative, and lead a team in a dynamic production environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of machinery, installations, and production lines. You will not only resolve technical issues but also act as a mentor and role model for your colleagues. Working closely with the Head of Technical Services, you will contribute to the ongoing development and professionalization of the maintenance department.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and production lines
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations
• Contribute to technical improvement projects and optimization of production processes
• Train and support team members, especially in electrical and PLC-related knowledge
• Maintain accurate records in maintenance and fault management systems (e.g., Ultimo)
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and support onboarding of new colleagues

Wat wij vragen

• Completed technical education (MBO level 4) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field
• At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance or troubleshooting technician, preferably in the food industry
• Strong electrical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults effectively
• Proven experience in training and supporting colleagues
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive attitude toward challenges and improvement projects
• Good command of Dutch (spoken and written); additional languages such as English are an advantage

As a Forklift Operator Fresh Produce Logistics in Bleiswijk, you’ll start your day in the warehouse alongside your colleagues to keep everything running smoothly. As a Reach Truck Driver at Nedcargo Soesterberg, you play a crucial role in keeping warehouse operations efficient and safe. This hands-on logistics position puts you in the middle of the action, moving and storing Remia products like ketchup, mayonnaise, cooking oils, and margarine. You’ll place pallets in their designated spots and carefully check goods for any irregularities. Keeping your workspace organized and reporting any issues are also key parts of your day. You’ll work in a clean, modern warehouse with clear safety procedures and a supportive team.

Main responsibilities include:

• Moving, storing, and delivering goods throughout the warehouse
• Checking pallets for damage or discrepancies
• Reporting irregularities and keeping records up to date
• Keeping your work area clean and organized

You work five days per week in a rotating 3-shift system: 5:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:15 PM–11:15 PM, and 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. Your shift schedule is always known in advance.
