We are hiring for a brand new production site and looking for ambitious, curious technicians both experienced professionals and recent technical school leavers. What you’ll do

• Assemble fine mechatronic installations and high‑precision applications
• Work according to strict quality standards and production protocols
• Perform tasks in a cleanroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Prepare orders and ensure correct packaging and shipment
• Support onboarding and training of new team members (for experienced hires)

Functie eisen

Who you are

• You have a technical education or clear technical affinity
• Experience with fine mechanical assembly is a plus, but motivated school leavers are welcome
• Interest in working under cleanroom principles
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is an advantage
• You are accurate, solution‑oriented and quality‑driven
• You are flexible and willing to work in a 2‑shift system if required

Voorwaarden

What we offer

• Salary up to €4,000 gross per month (including allowances).
• 16% shift allowance for 2‑shift work.
• Attractive bonus scheme
• 30 vacation days (based on 40 hours)
