• You have experience as an operator or a technical background.
• You speak and understand English well
• You work accurately and take pride in delivering top quality.
• You are reliable and work well in an international team.
• You live in (or near) the Eindhoven area.

what will you do
At Prodrive, your work makes the world run better. As a Technical Operator, you are the boss of your own workstation. You make sure our automated production lines for high-end circuit boards (PCBA) run perfectly. It is a job where you use your technical skills to keep the heart of our company beating.

• You set up, operate, and fine-tune highly automated machines.
• You monitor the production process and solve small technical issues.
• You perform soldering (rework), manual assembly, and quality tests.

Prodrive is a fast-growing tech company that truly cares about your well-being. As a Technical Operator you can use the on-site gym to stay fit and energized. We believe in a good work-life balance, which is why you finish early on Fridays. The afternoon shift finishes at 20:45. This means you are home early to enjoy a long weekend!
