What qualities are we looking for in a team leader? The ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:

• you perform well under pressure
• you are resilient and able to adapt quickly
• you are a natural team leader with experience in similar roles
• you are available full-time during the months of June, July, and August
• you are able to quickly learn new systems

what will you do
A team leader’s workday begins with a joint meeting with the teams. During this meeting, it becomes clear what is expected of everyone that day. After the start, the schedule is reviewed to monitor progress. If any issues arise on the shop floor, they are resolved immediately. In addition to managing operations on the floor, administrative tasks are also part of the regular responsibilities. This ensures that the entire process runs smoothly throughout the day. ☀️📚

where will you work
At VanDijk, you’ll be working in the warehouse of one of the largest schoolbook suppliers in the Netherlands. All schoolbooks for high school students are shipped from Kampen.

There’s a large terrace where you can relax in the sun during breaks. There’s also a cafeteria with delicious sandwiches. Transportation? Taken care of! A free bus runs to and from Kampen. And the best part is that you’ll get to meet lots of new people!
