Are you an administrative puzzle-solver who gets energy from a dynamic logistics environment? For Samsung SDS in Born, we are looking for an ambitious System Support employee WMS & TMS. In this versatile role, you are the first point of contact for operational systems within a global player in logistics. This is a full-time position where you directly contribute to the growth of an innovative multinational.

who are you
Do you see yourself working in a logistics environment and do you enjoy working with systems? We are looking for someone who speaks the language of the warehouse and takes immediate action.

• You have at least 1 year of work experience in a warehouse operation and/or a coordination role.
• Logistics systems hold no secrets for you, and you are proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• You have a proficient level of English, both spoken and written.
• It is no problem for you to work in a shift rotation in the future.

what will you do
You ensure that everything in the Samsung SDS warehouse continues to run smoothly. Sometimes you resolve an error in the system. At other times, you walk onto the work floor to investigate a problem in person. You ensure that the stock levels in the system perfectly match what is actually in the warehouse.

• The operations team can come to you for direct help with issues regarding the logistics software.
• Entering and maintaining master data is part of your responsibility.
• By staying sharp, you identify where processes can be improved and you make proposals for these improvements.
• Together with your team, you ensure that everyone understands the new system functionalities.
