who are you
We are seeking an organized and communicative professional to strengthen our team.
Your profile matches the following profile:

• Experience: 1-2 years of industry experience is preferred, supported by a high school diploma.
• Precision: A strong focus on detail and accuracy is in your DNA.
• Communication: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient in the MS Office suite (CRM knowledge is an advantage).
• Problem-Solving: You have a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.

what will you do
We are looking for a proactive multitasker who loves to switch between customer contact and operational coordination.
What you’ll be doing:

• You will be the expert for customers regarding pricing, availability, and order status.
• You support the sales team with accurate data entry and collaborative teamwork.
• You bridge the gap between Sales, Production, and RMA to ensure timely delivery and repairs.
• You take ownership of the order process, from initial entry to handling returns (RMA).
