As an Orderpicker you will play a key role in the smooth operation of a busy logistics warehouse. Your day starts with a team briefing, followed by checking your pick list and preparing your orders. You’ll track inventory, report any discrepancies, and help keep the warehouse organized and safe. Working with a supportive team, you’ll also assist in restocking shelves and helping new colleagues get up to speed.

Your main responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders based on pick lists with EPT and hand scanner
• Labeling, organizing, and preparing goods for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in your work area
• Helping new team members integrate and follow safety protocols

You’ll work full time from Monday till Friday mostly on weekdays with occasional weekend shifts. Shifts are usually scheduled between 07:00 and 17:00, but flexibility is appreciated.

• Own accommodation and transport
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes quickly
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages of up to approximately 23 kg
• Flexible availability, including the possibility of weekend work
• Basic knowledge of Dutch English or Polish for communication

Wat wij bieden

• €16.14 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary:
  +25% : Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00
  +50% Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00
  +100%: Sunday
• Travel allowances
