To keep the warehouse running smoothly 🚀, it is important that you, as an order picker, meet the following requirements:

• You speak English or Dutch;
• You have your own transportation to work in Poeldijk;
• You are full-time available;
• You are available to work from 4:00 PM to midnight;
• You are able to lift up to 25 kg.

You'll arrive at the modern, brand-new warehouse! 🏢✨ You'll go upstairs to change, then grab something to drink and/or eat in the canteen if needed. ☕🍎 Then you'll clock in and start working as an order picker. 🕒

You'll work with orders that you'll pick using voice picking 🎧. You'll do this in the dry dock (17°C 🌡️), the cooling room (3°C 🧊), and the freezer (-18°C ❄️).

You'll take a break in the spacious and clean canteen. 🥪🛋️ Your shift usually ends around midnight 🌙, but sometimes there's more work or a lot of sick leave, so it might run a little over. You'll be paid accordingly, of course! 💰✅

• Order picking with voice picking;

• Working in a new warehouse in Poeldijk;
• Regular surcharges: 50% extra from midnight to 4:00 AM, 25% from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM, 25% from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 50% from 10:00 PM to midnight. Saturdays between 50% and 100%, and Sundays from midnight to 10:00 PM: 100% extra.
• Surcharges for working in the cold: €0.55 gross per hour worked between 0 and 7 degrees Celsius. €1.26 gross per hour worked between 0 and -18 degrees Celsius.
