Become an order picker at Bidfood in Poeldijk! You will work full-time in a friendly team on the evening shift (16:00 – 00:00). Using voice picking, you will collect orders at various temperatures (from dry to freezer). It is physically demanding work, but this is compensated by a top income thanks to high allowances for the evening and cold shifts. Bonus: you always start your shift with a free meal in the canteen!

who are you
To keep the warehouse running, it is important that you, as an order picker, meet the following requirements:

• You speak Dutch or English.
• You have your own transport to work in Poeldijk.
• You are available Monday through Friday.
• You are available to work from 16:00 to 00:00/01:00.
• You are able to lift up to 25 kg.

what will you do
You arrive at the modern and brand-new warehouse. Here, you go upstairs to change into your work clothes, after which you can grab something to drink and/or eat in the canteen. Next, you clock in and get to work as an order picker. You work with orders that you gather using voice picking. You do this in the dry dock (17 degrees), cooling (3 degrees), and freezer (-18). In between, you take a break in the spacious and tidy canteen. Your shift usually ends around midnight, but sometimes there is more work or many people are sick, in which case it runs a little over. You will, of course, be paid properly for this.

Bidfood is a leading wholesaler in the foodservice industry. The company supplies fresh products, among other things. Currently, Bidfood has 16 branches spread across the Netherlands and a team of 1,700 employees. They serve no fewer than 25,000 diverse customers in the Netherlands.

• Working in a new warehouse in Poeldijk.
• Regular surcharges: 00:00 - 04:00: 50% extra, 04:00 - 06:00: 25%, 19:00 - 22:00: 25%, and from 22:00 - 00:00: 50%. Saturday between 50% and 100%, and Sunday 00:00 - 22:00: 100% extra.
• Surcharges for working in the cold: Between 0 and 7 degrees Celsius €0.55 gross per hour worked. Between 0 and -18 degrees Celsius €1.26 gross per hour worked.
