As a Junior Broker, you are an essential link in our European Distribution Center (EDC) and contribute directly to a smooth supply chain.

We are looking for a professional with a sharp eye for detail who can prioritize effectively under time pressure. You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in an environment where quality and punctuality are paramount.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or relevant degree in logistics or administration
• You posses a Junior Broker certification or willing to obtain this in the short term.
• You have at least 3 years experience in a warehouse or operational environment and with ERP systems (Oracle).
• You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.

In this role, you are responsible for preparing and processing crucial export documentation. You ensure that all shipments — ranging from lithium batteries to precision components — fully comply with laws and regulations before they leave the warehouse.

• You create complete export documentation sets using customs software.
• You manage driver arrivals, including registration and discharging incoming documents
• You prepare purchase orders and verify export data.
• You work accurately with Oracle ERP and warehouse management systems to support shipment preparation.
