In Lopik, you will work as a Food Machine Operator with a focus on cheese production. Your main job is to operate, monitor, and optimize modern production lines that make smoked and processed cheeses for customers around the world. You make sure every product meets the highest standards for quality and food safety, and you help your team keep the process running smoothly. On a typical day, you will set and adjust technical parameters like temperature, pressure, and mixing times, making sure each batch is perfect. You check critical control points (HACCP), solve mechanical and process issues, and support less experienced operators with your knowledge. The work is a mix of hands-on technical tasks and teamwork - you are a key link between production, quality, and technical departments. You will work in shifts, so flexibility is important.
