Who you are
As a delivery driver, your social skills come in very handy: you will be in touch with customers a lot! 😊 Also, physical work is no problem for you, such as lifting crates up to fifteen kilos. 💪 Additionally, you meet the following requirements:

• You have a valid B driving license (Min 2 Year)🚗
• You speak Dutch or English, or both
• You have transport to get to our location at Siegenstraat 7 in Zwolle 🚗🚲

What will you do
As a delivery driver, you will deliver groceries at customers' houses! 🍉🥦🧀 Also, you complete the payments and take empty bottles with you. While driving around in your own van, you may encounter challenges. Like a building without an elevator or a hard-to-find house number. This makes your work varied and exciting! #baanrader 🤩 Fortunately, you’ll be well-prepared: you start your job with an extensive training guided by a buddy. This colleague will teach you exactly how to deliver groceries on time and neatly. 💪 Ready for more? You can grow internally to become a buddy or a team leader through internal training programs. 🚀

Where will you work
As a delivery driver, you are the face of Albert Heijn! 💙 The warehouse in Zwolle will be the location your shift starts and ends. In the canteen, you can enjoy a coffee and some fresh fruit. ☕🍌 And the best part? After 13 weeks of work, your salary increases to €18,65 per hour! This includes 25 vacation days, holiday pay, ADV allowance, and a year-end bonus. 🚀 Additionally, a team is always ready to support you. Including planning and support during your ride, or assistance from a team leader when you depart or arrive. You’ll never be on your own. 😉
