Who you are
Are you a natural multitasker who loves the buzz of an international environment? We are looking for an administrative assistant who is eager to learn and ready to dive into the world of export. You are the type of person who stays organized when things get busy and enjoys being part of a diverse, multicultural team.

• You have an excellent command of English (spoken and written). if you also speak French that's a plus;
• You are highly proficient with Excel and Outlook;
• You are available to start ASAP for 28 hours per week or more.

What will you do
Start your day with coffee and your international team. Check the export files and set your priorities. You are the essential link at Back Office Export! You manage all documents and keep Excel perfectly updated. It’s rewarding because you ensure every shipment arrives safely worldwide.

You spend the day emailing global partners via Outlook. Your English skills will improve every single day! At lunch, enjoy a nice walk with your colleagues. After that, you quickly switch between tasks and support the export assistants. No two hours are the same for this administrative assistant. You are the spider on the web who keeps everything running smoothly!

Where will you work
Dorel Juvenile specializes in baby and children's products, with a strong focus on car seats and strollers. These products are available in more than one hundred countries! In Helmond, Dorel Juvenile has two locations: the head office at Korendijk and the production site at Heibloemweg.
