Dit ben jij

Als Senior Legal Counsel ben jij de juridische sparringpartner van de organisatie. Je adviseert over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken, maar verdiept je ook in een of meer onderwerpen, zoals de privacywetgeving. Je voert juridische procedures of stuurt externe juristen aan. Daarnaast heb je een coördinerende rol binnen het Legal-team. Je verdeelt werkzaamheden en bewaakt de juridische kwaliteit. Het team bestaat uit een Legal Counsel, Juridisch Administratief Medewerker en Directeur Legal.

• Opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen van contracten;
• Zelfstandig voeren van juridische procedures;
• Beheren van de merkenportefeuille en het optreden tegen misbruik door derden;
• Aansturen van externe adviseurs;

This is a key role supporting the FP&A Director for the Professional Haircare business, contributing to global management reporting, business planning, and commercial insight, with a focus on driving financial performance. The FP&A Analyst will support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the salon business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and robust planning processes.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, functional cost owners, and central FP&A teams. This position goes beyond traditional financial control, providing proactive guidance and support to budget holders on all aspects of budget management and profitability.

What you will do:

• Drive the budget & planning process
• Produce management reports and provide clear explanations for performance variances to support organizational objectives. Analyse variances and explore variances/potential problems with line managers.
• Support month-end close activities; ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Work with budget holders to ensure they understand the financial information and their impact on organization. Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders. Provide all budget holders with up-to-date information in relation to their budgets.

What you will need:

• Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a degree in an analytical discipline preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in relevant finance roles within an international, matrix organisation, with first-hand experience in management accounting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• FMCG experience is preferred, ideally within a branded, product-led, and consumer- or customer-insight-driven environment.
• Advanced financial analysis and business partnering capabilities, with high proficiency in Excel, SAP, BPC, and BI tools.
• Ability to simplify complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
• Highly organised with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, while maintaining a solid strategic overview across large volumes of information.

Als basisarts / ANIOS medische arrestantenzorg (MAZ) lever je huisartsenzorg tijdens avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten op één of meerdere locaties bij de Politie-Eenheid, in een cellencomplex en op een wijkbureau in de regio Noord Nederland. Je krijgt een unieke kans om te werken met de bijzondere doelgroep; arrestanten, iets wat je bij geen andere organisatie kunt ervaren! Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen, onder supervisie van een huisarts, en je biedt zorg die direct impact heeft op arrestanten. Ontdek wat het werk nog meer inhoudt!

Waar ga ik werken?

RMD zorgt voor goede huisartsenzorg aan gedetineerden en arrestanten, in verschillende regio's in Nederland. Naast de reguliere huisartsenzorg overdag zijn we in de ANW oproepbaar bij vragen. Wat je gaat doen

Bij de Regionale Medische Diensten (RMD), onderdeel van Arts en Zorg Groep, staan we voor goede toegankelijke zorg voor iedereen. Dus ook voor arrestanten. Het werk is spannend, onvoorspelbaar en soms ronduit rauw. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team en werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundigen, PA/VS, psychologen, psychiaters en de dienstdoende superviserend huisarts. In een notendop wat je gaat doen:

• Je verleent arrestantenzorg tijdens avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten, waarbij je ook telefonisch bereikbaar bent voor consultatie.
• Je behandelt patiënten (arrestanten), met extra aandacht voor psychiatrie en verslavingsproblematiek, indien nodig op locatie.

Waar je gaat werken

RMD levert huisartsenzorg aan o.a. arrestanten op alle politiecellencomplexen (PCC) in heel Nederland. Je werkt in een professionele en veilige omgeving waar duidelijke protocollen, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Heb je nog geen ervaring met deze doelgroep? Dan volg je een uitgebreid inwerktraject met training en begeleiding.

Deze vacature is specifiek voor de regio Noord Nederland ; locaties Groningen, Leeuwarden en Assen.

Wie jij bent

• Je bent een BIG-geregistreerde basisarts / ANIOS met affiniteit met bijzondere en kwetsbare doelgroepen en relevante klinische werkervaring.
• Je bent beschikbaar voor ANW-diensten.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, maar nooit alleen. Je werkt onder supervisie van een huisarts en zoekt actief de samenwerking op.
• Je bent flexibel, besluitvaardig en patiëntgericht.

Wat wij je bieden

• Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5158,- en € 6589,- op basis van een 38-urige werkweek in schaal 10 conform cao Huisartsenzorg. In mei 2027 stijgen de lonen met 3%.
• Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% én 8% vakantiegeld.
• Reiskostenvergoeding à 25 cent per kilometer.
• 25 verlofdagen en 25 uur PLB (Persoonlijk Levensfase Budget) op basis van een 38-urige werkweek.

De afgelopen 15 jaar is Arts en Zorg uitgegroeid tot de grootste eerstelijnszorgorganisatie van Nederland. Met ruim 25 gezondheidscentra en 550 collega’s bieden we zorg aan 200.000 patiënten. Wat je gaat doen

Arts en Zorg ontzorgt jou als huisarts bij onze praktijk. Van ICT tot administratie. Daardoor heb je tijd om te doen wat het allerbelangrijkste is: patiënten adviseren, onderzoeken en behandelen. En doorsturen naar een specialist of andere zorgverlener als dat nodig is. Je bent onderdeel van een team waar je stem onmisbaar is.

Waar je gaat werken

Gezondheidscentrum Winschoten is een grote en moderne locatie met ongeveer 10.000 patiënten. Naast huisartsenzorg kunnen onze patiënten ook terecht voor bloedprikken, CRP, glucose en HB meting, het maken van een ECG, spirometrie, 24-uurs bloeddrukmeting, holteronderzoek en echografie.

Je komt te werken in een leuk dynamisch team wat bestaat uit huisartsen, Physician Assistant (PA), een verpleegkundig specialist, doktersassistenten, POH’s en een POH-GGZ. De lijnen zijn kort en de hiërarchie ligt laag. Vanuit het wijkteam is er een sociaal werker in de praktijk aanwezig voor het project Welzijn op Recept en daarnaast is er ook een Ondersteuner Jeugd en Gezin aanwezig op de praktijk. Er wordt ook nauw samen gewerkt met beweegcentrum Winschoten en Apotheek Oldambtplein, gevestigd in hetzelfde pand. Het team van zorgverleners is groot en dynamisch. Je voelt je snel thuis bij ons!

• In eerste instantie teken je een tijdelijk contract voor 24 tot 38 uur per week. We hebben natuurlijk de intentie om langdurig met elkaar samen te werken.
• De mogelijkheid om, in overleg, hybride te werken.

Over de vacature

Deze functie is bedoeld voor verpleegkundig specialisten én physician assistants die verdieping in hun werk zoeken.Je combineert eerstelijnszorg met professionele autonomie en maatschappelijke relevantie op één of meerdere locaties binnen Politie Eenheid Noord-Nederland (regio Leeuwarden, Groningen en Assen), zoals een cellencomplex en een wijkbureau. Waar ga ik werken?

RMD zorgt voor goede huisartsenzorg aan gedetineerden en arrestanten, in verschillende regio's in Nederland. Naast de reguliere huisartsenzorg overdag zijn we in de ANW oproepbaar bij vragen. Wat je gaat doen

Als verpleegkundig specialist/ physician assistant word je ingezet om onder supervisie huisartsenzorg te verlenen aan arrestanten. Na oproep van onze triagisten van het Medisch Contact Centrum ga je naar een arrestantenzorg locatie om zelfstandig zorg te verlenen. Overdag werk je in de Politie-Eenheid samen met een verpleegkundige en in de ANW werk je zelfstandig. In de ANW ligt de nadruk op de avonduren en in de nacht is het veelal rustig.

Waar je gaat werken

Regionale Medische Diensten (RMD), onderdeel van Arts en Zorg Groep, levert huisartsenzorg aan arrestanten en gedetineerden in een groot aantal penitentiaire inrichtingen en alle politiecellencomplexen (PCC) in heel Nederland.

Je werkt in een professionele en veilige omgeving waar duidelijke protocollen, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Heb je nog geen ervaring met deze doelgroep? Dan volg je een uitgebreid inwerktraject met training en begeleiding.

Wie jij bent

• Je bent een BIG-geregistreerd verpleegkundig specialist.
• Je hebt een masterdiploma Master Advanced Nursing Practice (MANP).
• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als verpleegkundig specialist en je hebt ervaring in de eerstelijnszorg.
• Je staat stevig in je schoenen, bent patiëntgericht, stressbestendig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen spreekuur.

As a Consultant Transfer Pricing, you determine how profits are allocated across the entities of a multinational, based on the added value within the value chain. You interview management, analyse financial statements, organisational structures and agreements, and dive into industry reports. You work in an international and dynamic team, divided across three disciplines: Middle Market Public Sector (MMPS), International Tax Services (ITS) and Financial Services (FS).

This is what you'll do

You'll be part of an international and informal team that plays a key role between client, tax authorities and society. Together, you work in a field that is continuously evolving and receives significant public attention.

As a consultant, you have a varied role with plenty of freedom and responsibility. You work in changing client teams for multinationals (ITS), financial institutions (FS) and family-owned and private businesses (MMPS). You advise (listed) international companies on complex tax matters, think along with financial institutions on interest and transaction structures, and support family businesses with their growth ambitions and succession planning.

• Advise clients on transfer pricing and support them with the implementation, in collaboration with other PwC teams;
• Perform quantitative and legal analyses to substantiate your advice, for example on restructurings and transfers of intellectual property;
• Conduct interviews with clients about their earnings, operational and organisational models;
• Draft memos and reports in which you document your analyses and the applied transfer pricing methodology;
• Stay up to date on international developments and share these during technical team meetings.

Description Do you want to get to know large multinationals and advise them on complex tax matters? Are you looking for a role in which you translate international laws and regulations into concrete advice within a dynamic team?

As a Consultant Transfer Pricing, you determine how profits are allocated across the entities of a multinational, based on the added value within the value chain. You interview management, analyse financial statements, organisational structures and agreements, and dive into industry reports. You work in an international and dynamic team, divided across three disciplines: Middle Market Public Sector (MMPS), International Tax Services (ITS) and Financial Services (FS).

This is what you'll do

You'll be part of an international and informal team that plays a key role between client, tax authorities and society. Together, you work in a field that is continuously evolving and receives significant public attention.

As a consultant, you have a varied role with plenty of freedom and responsibility. You work in changing client teams for multinationals (ITS), financial institutions (FS) and family-owned and private businesses (MMPS). You advise (listed) international companies on complex tax matters, think along with financial institutions on interest and transaction structures, and support family businesses with their growth ambitions and succession planning.

• Advise clients on transfer pricing and support them with the implementation, in collaboration with other PwC teams;
• Perform quantitative and legal analyses to substantiate your advice, for example on restructurings and transfers of intellectual property;
• Conduct interviews with clients about their earnings, operational and organisational models;
• Draft memos and reports in which you document your analyses and the applied transfer pricing methodology;
• Stay up to date on international developments and share these during technical team meetings.

You are an ambitious and curious professional with an analytical mindset. You easily build relationships with clients and colleagues, and adapt smoothly to a dynamic environment. In addition:

• You hold a Master's degree in tax law, tax economics or an economic, financial or business-related field;
• You are analytically strong and comfortable working with numbers;
• You are interested in the business world and the industries in which our clients operate;
• Your Dutch and/or English speaking and writing skills are at a high level;
• You have an affinity with digital tools and the ambition to become 'digitally savvy'.
