Are you looking for a practical production job near Tilburg where you can stay active during your shift? As a production worker, you will work in a clean food production environment with clear routines, different workstations and colleagues who support each other when needed. You can earn up to €3.500,- gross per month including shift allowance and work in a 3-shift schedule. During your shift, you help prepare materials, check products, clean work areas and support the line when products or recipes change. This is a good fit if you already have production experience and want a stable job where you can learn more on the work floor. As a production worker, you support the daily production process at different workstations. Because you work with food products, accuracy and hygiene are important throughout every shift. Preparing ingredients, materials and workstations for production. Packing, sorting and preparing finished products for the next step. Helping with small adjustments or basic issues on the production line. Following recipes, work instructions and food safety procedures. Supporting colleagues at other workstations when extra help is needed. This role suits someone who already knows what it is like to work in production and who can keep up in a structured food environment. Experience in a production environment. Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule. Able to work accurately and follow hygiene and food safety rules. Good command of English and/or Dutch. Team-minded attitude and willingness to support colleagues. Experience in food production is a plus. You will work at a clean food production site where the work is practical, varied and well organised. Salary up to €3.500,- gross per month including shift allowance.

Wat je gaat doen You ensure medical nutrition products are packed, labeled and checked with precision. You follow clear procedures and help maintain a smooth production flow.

• Packaging and re‑packaging medical nutrition
• Printing and scanning labels using computer systems
• Moving products up to 13 kg
• Collaborating with your team to keep production efficient

Working in a 2‑shift schedule:

• 05:45 – 14:15

• 14:30 – 23:00

  Wat we je bieden - €3.200,- gross per month (including shift allowance and end of year bonus)

• Shift allowance of 40% from 19:00 until 07:00

• End of year bonus of 8,33%

• Full‑time contract (40 hours per week)

• Travel reimbursement (€0.23 per km)
