Om deze functie goed te kunnen uitvoeren, is het belangrijk dat je als industrieel schoonmaker aan de volgende eisen voldoet:

• Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels.
• Je bent flexibel inzetbaar van maandag tot en met zondag.
• Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar tussen 12:00 en 21:00 uur.
• Je bent bereid om in Alphen aan den Rijn te werken.

wat ga je doen
Jouw werkdag is lekker afwisselend en begint midden in de dynamiek van de productie, waarna je samen met 3 enthousiaste collega's zorgt voor een vlekkeloze oplevering van de productieruimte.

• De start (vanaf 12:00 uur): Je begint je dag door lekker mee te draaien in de productie. Dit kan variëren van werkzaamheden aan de productielijn tot het assisteren bij de voorbereiding of de afwas.
• De grote schoonmaak (vanaf ca. 16:00 uur): Wanneer de productie is afgerond, begint het échte specialistische werk. Samen met je team maak je de gehele productieruimte spik en span.
• Het proces: Je spuit de productielijnen grondig af, reinigt alle machines en onderdelen met speciale reinigingsmiddelen en zorgt dat alles weer blinkend en gebruiksklaar wordt afgespoten voor de volgende dag.

Qizini, is in 2011 ontstaan uit Johma Sandwiches en Greencore Nederland. Vanuit die achtergrond smeren zij al meer dan 20 jaar de lekkerste broodjes voor jou! De specialiteiten zijn o.a. dagverse wraps en sandwiches, maar ook panini's om thuis af te bakken. Je proeft de passie voor lekkere producten bij elke hap die je neemt. The tool room is the heart of the engine factory. In the machining department, various tools are used in the machines to perform metalworking operations. Examples include drilling, milling, and tapping. When these tools are no longer suitable, they are brought to the tool room.

In the tool room, these tools are repaired at a workbench. Small parts are exchanged here. This primarily involves precision mechanical work. Additionally, parts are rinsed clean. wat ga je doen
Start jouw carrière in de luchtvaarttechniek als productiemedewerker lamineur bij GKN Fokker Aerospace in Hoogeveen! Voordat je aan de slag gaat, volg je eerst een interne opleiding van zo'n 3 à 4 weken op onze bedrijfsschool, dit is gewoon in de dagdienst. Daarna ga je aan de slag met het bekleden van mallen met kunststofmaterialen om hoogwaardige vliegtuigonderdelen te maken.

Je gaat handmatig lamineren. Je legt/boetseert een weefsel (geïmpregneerd met hars) in de juiste vorm. Die vorm ligt op de mallen. Let op: je plaatst stukken van 10 kilo op de mal en hebt deze veel in je handen. Hierdoor is het fysiek zwaar werk. Het is belangrijk dat je nauwkeurig werkt, want we werken op de millimeter nauwkeurig. De vorm waarin je gaat lamineren is aangegeven middels kraslijnen of via een laser projectie systeem (LPS). Vervolgens worden de delen in vacuüm verpakt en klaargemaakt voor de autoclaaf (de oven). Hier worden ze uitgehard. Jouw vakmanschap voorkomt luchtbellen in het materiaal en zo voorkom je dat er schade wordt veroorzaakt in het eindproduct. Jouw werk maakt dus echt het verschil!

As a CNC operator, you’ll perform machining operations on engine blocks, camshafts, cylinder heads, and other components. who are you
As a CNC Operator, you’ll feel right at home working with the machinery at the engine factory.

• You have experience operating and adjusting CNC-controlled machines;
• You preferably have experience with machining operations, particularly milling and turning;
• You have a technical background in your education;
• You have work experience as an operator;
• You can perform quality checks using measuring tools.

what will you do
In the engine plant’s machining department, various engine components are machined. Each department has a set of machines dedicated to producing a single component, such as the cylinder head, the camshaft, or the engine block.

As a CNC operator, you are responsible for performing machining operations using CNC machines. Common operations include: milling, turning, drilling, tapping, and grinding.

Together with your colleagues, you will work within a machine park. Your tasks may include: starting up and operating machines, loading programs, changing tools, or troubleshooting malfunctions. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that production targets are met. In addition, you are jointly responsible for quality control: measuring and inspecting parts.

The work is performed in a 3-shift rotation: day (7:00 –15:30), evening (15:30 - 0:00), and night (0:00 – 7:00).
